Damian King

Damian King has travelled the world but there’s no place like home. That home is Port Macquarie and has been for 35 years. To call him a local is an understatement.

But in real estate, local takes on much greater meaning. Damian knows every suburb, is familiar with every street, and understands how to communicate with Port people. Many of you already know him of course, his three world bodyboarding titles making him one of the town’s favourite sons. He is relatively new to real estate, which explains his energy, enthusiasm and determination to succeed, but his achievements to date already dwarf those of many more experienced agents.

The numbers: Damian sold in excess of $17 million in local property in 2015. He generated and sold 37 listings off his own back over the course of the year. Of the hundreds of Laing+Simmons agents operating throughout the state, he’s in the top 15 in terms of performance. In fact, in his first year in the industry, he received the Rookie of the Year award at the company’s annual awards.

Being a people’s person helps.
